Abraaj Group and Danone (Paris: BN) have agreed to acquire Fan Milk International, a Ghana-based manufacturer and distributor of frozen dairy products and juices in West Africa. The company reports 2012 sales of around €120 million. www.fanmilk-gh.net

Filtration Group Corp., a Joliet, Ill. –based provider of filtration solutions that is owned by Madison Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire Porex Corp., a Fairburn, Ga.–based maker of porous polymer products, from Aurora Capital Group. No financial terms were disclosed.www.filtrationgroup.com

Graham Partners has sponsored a recapitalization of Comar Inc., a Buena, N.J.–based provider of packaging solutions and liquid dispensing products for the healthcare and personal care markets.www.comar.com

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. is nearing an agreement to restructure the debt of portfolio companyAuro-Teile Unger (ATU), a German car repair chain, according to Reuters. The deal could include€ 25 million in new capital from existing ATU lender Centerbridge Partners. www.atu.de

Market Track, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Group, has acquired Competitrack Inc., a New York-based competitive advertising tracking firm. No financial terms were disclosed.www.markettrack.com

On Center Software, a provider of construction automation software based in The Woodlands, Texas, has raised an undisclosed amount of growth equity funding from Accel-KKRwww.oncenter.com
Permira has agreed to acquire British bootmaker Dr Martens for £300 million. The deal is expected to close in January. www.permira.com

Tiger Cool Express has launched with an undisclosed amount of equity funding from Tiger Infrastructure Partners, to focus on the transportation of perishables – primarily fresh produce – from California, Texas and Florida to the Eastern U.S. and Canada using rail intermodal service. It will be led by Thomas Finkbiner , former CEO of trucking company Quality Distribution Inc.www.tigerinfrastructure.com
