Campbell Soup Co. (NYSE: CPB) has completed the €400 million sale of its European simple meals business to CVC Capital Partnerswww.campbellsoupcompany.com

Diversis Capital has acquired the assets of Martin Archery Inc., a Walla Walla, Wash.-based maker of archery bows and bow accessories. No financial terms were disclosed. www.martinarchery.com

Inflexion has acquired CableCom Networking Ltd., a British provider of managed Internet and digital media services to high-density student accommodations, from ISIS Equity Partners.  No financial terms were disclosed. www.cablecomnetworking.co.uk

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has agreed to invest around $90 million into listed Indian hospital operator Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd. The deal is structured via convertible debentures, with KKR having the option to convert them at the end of five years. Apollo's founders have an option to buy them back at the end of two years. www.kkr.com
