Wandoujia, a Chinese mobile app distribution platform, has raised $120 million in new equity funding.SoftBank Corp. led the round, and was joined by return backers DCM and Innovation Works Development Fund. www.wandoujia.com

Delivery Hero, a Berlin-based online food ordering and delivery platform, has raised $88 million in Series E funding, according to a local media report. Insight Venture Partners led the round in exchange for between a 15% and 20% equity stake. Turn Inc., a Redwood City, Calif.-based provider of a platform for managing data-driven digital advertising, has raised $80 million in Series E funding. BlackRock led the round, and was joined by ClearBridge Investments, Firsthand Technology Value Fund, Northport Investment Management, Pine River Capital Management and return backers Focus Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, Shasta Ventures and Trident Capital. www.turn.com

Trustpilot, a Denmark-based review community for online shoppers, has raised $25 million in Series C funding. DFJ Esprit and DFJ co-led the round, and were joined by return backers Index Ventures, Northzone and Seed Capital. www.trustpilot.com

Certain Inc., a San Francisco-based event management solution, has raised $17.8 million in new equity funding, according to a regulatory filing. No investor information was disclosed. www.certain.com

Upland Software Inc., an Austin, Texas-based provider of enterprise work management applications, has raised $15 million in growth equity funding from Activant Capitalwww.uplandsoftware.com

Brandtone, a Dublin, Ireland-based mobile marketing company operating in developing and emerging markets, has raised €14 million in third-round funding. Syngenta Ventures was joined by return backers Unilever Ventures and Verlinvest. www.brandtone.com

Rebellion Photonics Inc., a Houston-based maker of cameras that detect gas leaks at oil rigs and refineries, has raised $10.4 million in Series A funding led by Tinciumwww.rebellionphotonics.com

Iceotope, a UK-based environmental IT cooling company, has raised more than $10 million in Series A funding. Aster Capital led the round, and was joined by Ombu Groupwww.iceotope.com

Ifbyphone, a Chicago-based provider of voice-based marketing automation solutions, has raised $9 million in new VC funding. River Cities Capital Funds led the round, and was joined by SSM Partners and return backers Apex Venture Partners, Origin Ventures and I2A. www.ifbyphone.com

Sonian, a Dedham, Mass.-based provider of cloud-based email archiving solutions, has raised $8 million in Series C funding from return backers OpenView Venture Partners, Summerhill Venture Partners and Prism Venture Partnerswww.sonian.com

Quandoo, a Berlin-based reservation and yield management systems for European restaurants, has raised $8 million in Series B funding. DN Capital and Holtzbrinck Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by return backers the Sixt family, CRES Columbus Internet Group, Atlantic Capital Partners.www.quandoo.com

Evaneos, a French online platform that connects tourists with local tour operators, has raised $6 million in Series B funding. XAnge Private Equity led the round, and was joined by ISAI. www.evaneos.com

Michelson Diagnostics, a UK-based developer of medical imaging devices, has raised £1.98 million in Series A-2 funding. Octopus Investments led the round, and was joined by Catapult Venture Managers Ltd and London Business Angels. www.michelsondiagnostics.com

Macranet Ltd. (a.k.a. Sentiment), a UK-based social intelligence and engagement platform, has raised £1 million in Series A funding. Elderstreet Investments led the round, and was joined by Netcall PLC.www.sentimentmetrics.com

ChargeBee, an India-based provider of subscription billing management solutions, has raised $800,000 in Series A funding from Accel Partnerswww.chargebee.com

NBCUniversal News Group has acquired a minority equity stake in NowThisNews, a New York-based video news startup formed in 2012 by HuffingtonPost co-founder Ken Lerer and ex-HuffPo CEO Eric Hipeau. No financial terms were disclosed. Existing NowThisNews backers include SoftBank Capital, Bedrocket, Lerer Ventures and Oak Investment Partners. www.nowthisnews.com

Alphabroder (f.k.a. Broder Brothers), a Trevose, Penn.-based portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co., has acquired Ash City Worldwide, a Lenexa, Kansas–based promotional apparel manufacturer. No financial terms were disclosed. www.alphabroder.com

Gowanda Electronics Corp., a portfolio company of Addison Capital, has acquired TTE Inc., a Los Angeles–based manufacturer of specialty RF and microwave filters. No financial terms were disclosed.www.gowanda.com.

Pharos Capital Group has acquired Seaside Healthcare Inc., a Shreveport, La.-based provider of behavioral health services for adult and geriatric populations. No financial terms were disclosed. Stephens advised Seaside Healthcare on the deal.www.pharosfunds.com

Platinum Equity has acquired a majority stake in Australian local search and directories businessSensis from Telstra Corp. (ASX: TLS) for $408 million. www.sensis.com.au

TPG Growth is in "late-stage talks" to acquire New York-based cosmetics company E.l.f., according to Reuters. Sellers would include TSG Consumer Partners. The deal could be worth between $200 million and $300 million, with Financo managing the process. www.eyeslipsface.com

IPOs

GCT Semiconductor, a San Jose, Calif.-based fabless maker of 4G mobile chips, has withdrawn registration for an IPO designed to sell 7.5 million common shares at between $7 and $9 per share. No explanation was provided. The company has planned to trade on the Nasdaq, with Goldman Sachs and BoA Merrill Lynch serving as co-lead underwriters. Shareholders include and Parakletos Ventures and FirstMark Capital.www.gctsemi.com

Intra-Cellular Therapies Inc., a New York-based developer of drugs for neuropsychiatric and neurological disorders, has filed for a $115 million public offering. The company currently trades on the ITC BB under ticker symbol ITCI, but the company intends to list on the Nasdaq via this offering. Leerink Partners and Cowen & Co. are serving as lead underwriters. Shareholders include Alafi Capital (16.1% pre-IPO stake), Fidelity Investments (9%) and Alexandria Real Estate Equities (5.8%).www.intracellulartherapies.com

Microlin Bio Inc., a New York-based diagnostics and therapeutics company focused on microRNA and its role in oncology, has filed for a $25 million IPO. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol MCLB, with Sunrise Securities serving as sole underwriter. Shareholders include the Ohio State Innovation Foundation (7% pre-IPO stake). www.microlinbio.com

Moelis & Co., a boutique investment bank founded in 2007, has begun working with Goldman Sachs on a potential IPO, according to the NY Times. www.moelis.com

Suntory Holdings Ltd. of Japan has agreed to acquire spirits maker Beam Inc. (NYSE: BEAM) for approximately $16 billion in cash, or $83.50 per share (25% premium to Friday's closing price).www.beamglobal.com

Alcatel-Lucent (Paris: ALU) has hired Lazard to explore a sale of its enterprise business, according to Bloomberg. The business generated around $1 billion of 2012 revenue, and has attracted interest from Unify GmbH, a joint venture of Gores Group and Siemens AG. www.alcatel-lucent.com
Amec PLC (LSE: AMEC), a British engineering firm, has agreed to acquire Swiss rival Foster Wheeler (Nasdaq: FWLT) for approximately $3.2 billion in stock (12.8% premium to Friday's closing price). www.fwc.com

Genzyme, a unit of Sanofi (NYSE: SNY) has agreed to acquire a 12% stake in Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNY) for $700 million, or $80 per share. This is part of a larger strategic agreement to develop and commercialize treatments for rare genetic diseases.www.genzyme.com

Goldcorp Inc. (NYSE: GG) has offered to acquire Canadian gold miner Osisko Mining Corp. (TSX: OSK) for C$2.6 billion in cash and stock, or C$5.95 per share (15% premium to Osisko's closing priceon Friday). www.osisko.com

NanoString Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: NSTG), a Seattle-based developer of molecular diagnostic products and tools for translational research, has filed for a $55 million secondary public offering. J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are serving as lead underwriters. Current shareholders include Clarus Ventures (27.88%), OVP Venture Partners (14.9%) and DFJ (12.67%). www.nanostring.com

Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN) has acquired Ideeli, a New York-based online flash fashion retailer, for $43 million in cash. Ideeli had raised over $100 million in VC funding from Next World Capital, Cue Ball Capital, Credit Suisse, StarVest Partners, Constellation Growth Capital and Kodiak Venture Partners.www.ideeli.com

Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE: LLY) has acquired the development rights to a monoclonal antibody for migraine headaches called LY2951742, which it had licensed to Cambridge, Mass.-based Arteaus Therapeutics three years ago. Arteaus had raised $18 million in financing from Atlas Venture and OrbiMed Advisors. No financial terms were disclosed, but Eli Lilly said it would take around a $57 million Q4 charge related to the transaction. www.atlasventure.com

Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) has acquired Branch, a curated group discussion platform. No financial terms were disclosed, but The Verge reports around a $15 million price tag. Branch had raised around $2 million from SV Angel, Lerer Ventures, Obvious Corp., Betaworks, BoxGroup and individual angels.www.branch.com

Kohlberg & Co. is exploring a sale of Phillips-Medisize Corp., a Hudson, Wisc.-based healthcare contract manufacturer, according to LBO Wire. The company could be worth around $800 million.www.phillipsmedisize.com
