Big payday for Zenprise VCs.FORTUNE -- Citrix Systems will pay approximately $355 million to acquire mobile device management company Zenprise, Fortune has learned.
Citrix (CTXS) officially announced the deal yesterday, but without any financial details.
Zenprise was originally founded in 2003, and ultimately raised over $64 million in venture capital funding. Investors included Bay Partners, Greylock Partners, Ignition Partners, Mayfield Fund, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Shasta Ventures. Each of the firms are expecting positive distributions.
Citrix expects the addition of Zenprise to enable its enterprise users to access mobile devices, apps and data from a single, integrated platform. The company declined to comment on the sale price, while a Zenprise spokeswoman did not return our call.

Lisa Reeves has stepped down as a general partner with Vista Ventures, according to an email sent yesterday to colleagues and friends.
She had joined Vista in 2007, after having been a partner with SAP Ventures. Investments with Vista included NewsGator Technologies and Rally Software, while her SAP portfolio included Factory Logic (acquired by SAP), MySQL (Sun Microsystems) and Sistina (Red Hat).
