FORTUNE -- Citrix Systems will pay approximately $355 million to acquire mobile device management company Zenprise, Fortune has learned.
Citrix (CTXS) officially announced the deal yesterday, but without any financial details.
Zenprise was originally founded in 2003, and ultimately raised over $64 million in venture capital funding. Investors included Bay Partners, Greylock Partners, Ignition Partners, Mayfield Fund, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Shasta Ventures. Each of the firms are expecting positive distributions.
Citrix expects the addition of Zenprise to enable its enterprise users to access mobile devices, apps and data from a single, integrated platform. The company declined to comment on the sale price, while a Zenprise spokeswoman did not return our call.
