FORTUNE -- I am pleased to announce that Fortune's Term Sheet will be hosting its next Liquidity Event in Boston, on Tuesday, February 12. Our venue will be the brand new Harpoon Beer Hall at the seaport, which isn't yet open to the public.

No content, just drinks and discourse with the Bay State's top deal-makers, deal-breakers, entrepreneurs and assorted hangers-on. Plus yours truly. And, yes, all the Harpoon beer and cider you can responsibly consume (and, if you have a bit too much, Uber is offering discounted rides to/from the event).
Tickets cost just $10, plus a small service charge. Proceeds will go to one of two local nonprofits, and you can vote for the "winner" upon signup.

Boston Gets Liquid
More than 400 readers of Fortune's Term Sheet packed into a Boston bar last Thursday night for our latest Liquidity Event. No content, just cocktails and conversation. Plus, $5,000 raised for the Greater Boston Food Bank.
